Sam is a mom of two boys and the owner/founder of a successful downsizing business, Songbird Transitions. With an extensive background as a professional dancer and Pilates, she was truly born to teach about the human body. Sam has been teaching Lagree Fitness since 2017, and she’s passionate about sharing her knowledge to help others feel longer, leaner, and stronger. Her classes are filled with a spirit you’ll instantly adore, and she creates a space where you can appreciate being kind to yourself, all while sharing a laugh along the way. Sam’s favorite Lagree Fitness moves are Bungee Kicks and Cobra, but she also has a soft spot for “corpse pose” — a reminder to slow down and take a moment to breathe.
